I think I've done many things that I've become a burden. I want to repent, if that's possible. What are things that I can do to help other people while in depression?
I've tried community service, volunteering but stopped midway because I barely made myself out of bed. I've neglected such helping-other-people activities and it makes me a burden to my group because they ended up handling my job.
Any advice?
